The book is currently being translated to Dutch 🙂 The translation project was initiated by my friend Yves Hanoulle but very quickly became a community effort.

You can order the book from any place in the world. If you live in the states, the shipping cost is pretty low. However, if you live outside USA, it’s pretty high.

If you don’t want to pay these high shipping costs, you can wait for the book to be available on the Amazon UK (or Adlibris.se and Bokus.se), which will happen soon. At least then it will be far cheaper to buy it from Europe.

Not really sure how this is calculated (the first book has 56846), but it still made me very happy.

Also realized that I missed to upload a free sample of the book to LeanPub. This has now been fixed. First 20 pages can now be downloaded for free.
